Upcoming Classes, Support Groups, & Events

These are FREE TO ATTEND and offered as a way to help connect people who are struggling with their mental health to others who are experiencing or who have experienced similar struggles.  All of our classes, support groups, and events are for the betterment of EVERYONE'S overall mental health, not just for those impacted by suicide, as we strongly believe in the importance of staying in, or getting back to, good mental health.
